Our Commitment
DermaGenome is committed to making the enterprise platform, documentation, and developer portal perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, including those using assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing engineering responsibility, not a one-time audit.
Conformance Target
Our target conformance level is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for enterprise-facing surfaces. We prioritize keyboard operability, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, semantic structure, and reduced-motion support. Some legacy consumer surfaces may differ and are tracked separately.
What We Support
The platform is designed to work with current versions of major screen readers and browser assistive features. Forms, navigation, and interactive controls expose labels and roles, and critical flows are reachable by keyboard without a mouse.
Known Limitations
Third-party content, embedded media, and some data-rich visualizations may have limitations. Where a third-party component is not fully accessible, we document it and provide an accessible alternative or contact path where feasible. AI-generated visual outputs include text alternatives where supported.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please report it so we can prioritize a fix. Contact us at accessibility@kdermai.com with the page, the assistive technology you use, and a description of the issue. We acknowledge reports and provide expected remediation timelines where available.
Status
This statement is reviewed as the platform evolves and at least annually. The last-reviewed date below reflects the most recent review. A formal VPAT or conformance report can be provided to enterprise customers during procurement on request.
